Here you will find the schedule and more detailed information regarding the day of the Summerville Christmas Parade happening Sunday, December 9th.

Please note the location - we will NOT be meeting at Ashley Ridge High School and all student drop-off/pick-up will be happening at Alston Middle School (street address included in attachment).

12:00pm – Students will be able to be dropped off/park at Alston Middle School

12:30pm – Call time for students to be in uniform with instrument/equipment ready for warm-up

12:30-1pm – Warm-up @ Alston Middle School
1:00pm – Form parade block and walk to staging area
1:30pm – Staged for the parade to begin

2pm – Summerville Christmas Parade Begins!
3:30pm – Approximate return time to Alston Middle School

4pm – All students are picked up @ Alston Middle School

Large instruments/equipment as well as uniforms will be loaded on the trailer Friday, December 7thin preparation for Sunday’s parade.

We will not be meeting at or providing transportation to Ashley Ridge High School. All student drop off and pick-up will happen at Alston Middle School.
