Charms Office Assistant is a wonderful management system built specifically for band and music organizations. It is online and only to persons within our program that we specify. Charms allows us to keep track of all aspects of band class including attendance, assessment, inventory, budgets, forms, payment plans and many other aspects of running a successful program.

Parent Communication has never been easier or more effective with Charms. We can send mass e-mails, record and blast phone messages and even type and send text messages directly to your student’s and parent’s cell phones. As a parent you can keep up with your student’s band account and know current charges and balances. Music students can keep practice logs online and record and upload playing tests. This a wonderful resource to keep all of our wonderful parents up-to-date with band related communication.

Instructions to login to Charms Office Assistant:

  1. Go to https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/plogin.asp
  2. Use the school Code “AshleyRHSB” and then click “enter Charms.”

The system will give you a few options at this point.

  1. To get to your personal section, you will need to enter a password. The password is your student ID number.
  2. On this screen, Parents you may add yourself and your information by choosing, “Add Adult” at left of the page.
