2017-2018 Band Year Student Forms

If you have a student who is in the marching band, percussion, jazz band, concert band or color guard, then YOU are a BAND PARENT and automatically a member of the ARHS Band Boosters. We welcome you to the 2017-2018 Band Program.

Student forms for 2017-2018 Marching Band are attached, and can be downloaded in the Parent Resources section or here. The first installment of the Fair Share obligation is $150.00, due on June 23rd.  Checks and money orders can be sent to PO Box is 52107, Summerville, SC 29485.

All Marching Students (musicians and color guard) must return completed forms (including all signatures) by the first day of Band Camp on July 31st. Completed and legible forms can be returned in one of three ways: (1) scan and emailed to swampfoxbandboosters@gmail.com and arhsband.treasure@gmail.com, (2) mailed to PO Box is 52107 Summerville SC 29485, (3) delivered in person on the first day of band camp.

Students will not be able to participate, per Dorchester District II guidelines, without the Medical examination completed. It is important to ensure all health concerns and/or allergies are listed on the forms.  The Band Booster wants to make sure we account for allergies when picking meals for the students.

Walk in physicals can be done at any Doctor’s Care or Medicare Urgent Care (on Dorchester Road in front of Goodwill) for $30.00.
